SERVICES PROVIDED FOR VIDEO-BASED MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS

Per ACC Proprietary Procedure # MP-FFCAL and # PWI-OPTCLN

 ·        Perform full evaluation of system including:

Þ    Evaluation of video

Þ    Evaluation of DRO system.

Þ    Evaluation of encoders (lip seals, hardware tightness, etc.)

Þ    Evaluation of staging

·        Full cleaning of exterior surfaces.

·        Clean all optical elements

·        Lubricate all applicable areas using synthetic lube.

·        Check all mechanical hardware for looseness - tighten as needed.

·        Clean and adjust illumination for maximum output and best image clarity.

·        Check centrality and parfocality of video system

·        Perform minor mechanical adjustments to optimize system.

·        Calibrate X,Y,Z axes as applicable.

·        Re-configure DRO with LEC corrections (when possible).

·        Furnish Certificate of Accuracy with Before/After data.

·        If necessary, furnish written report of any problems found.  Note any action needed to increase system productivity and accuracy.  Note estimated costs regarding needed actions (if available).

·        ACC glass master stage micrometer calibrated traceable to NIST to .00001”  (10 micro inches).

·        ACC steel and ceramic master gage blocks calibrated traceable to NIST to .000002” (2 micro inches).

·        All calibrations conform to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and meet ISO requirements.
