ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 compliant Quality System
Guide 25 & FDIS 17025
Since May of 1999 Absolute Clarity & Calibration, LLC has been in the process of modifying its quality system for ISO/IEC Guide 25 and A2LA (American Association of Laboratory Accreditation) compliance. During this process the International Organization for Standardization, the International Electro-technical Commission and national bodies that are members of ISO or IEC that participate in the development of international standards has voted on, passed and released the latest requirements for the competence for testing and calibration laboratories called ISO/IEC FDIS 17025: 1999 (E). This first edition of ISO/IEC 17025 cancels and replaces the third edition of ISO/IEC Guide 25: 1990.
Absolute Clarity & Calibration has now set this quality management system standards as its goal for accreditation. We acknowledge the importance for this accreditation to meet requirements of facilities who are currently ISO 9000 and/or QS9000 certified. Absolute Clarity & Calibration, LLC strives to stay current with all criteria needed to satisfy our customers’ requirements.
Presently, ACC is compliant to the requirements set forth for the M & TE sections (Measurement & Test Equipment) in the following guides: ISO 9000, QS 9000, ISO 10012-1, DOD-STD-2000-2A and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994.
