·         Perform full evaluation

·         Full cleaning of internal optics per  NPWI-OPTCLN

·        includes evacuation of dirt from inside of comparator (using a special sub-micron particle vacuum cleaner if required).

·         includes cleaning rear and top/bottom first surface mirrors.

·         includes cleaning objective lens exterior surfaces.

·        Remove and clean front screen and exteriors of objective lenses.

·         Lens refurbish services provided at an additional $ 50.00 per lens; includes full disassembly, lens cleaning and treatment with lube for re-assembly and dust sealing purposes.

·         Adjustment of projection mirrors for proper image coverage on glass screen where needed.

·         Light source adjustments for maximum lighting efficiency and best image clarity.

·        Check hardware for looseness - tighten as needed.

·         Clean the lubrication off all mechanical wear surfaces as required.  Re-lubricate with synthetic. Make note of any excessively worn or out of adjustment assemblies and demonstrate to customer.

·         Furnish written report of any problems found and make specific recommendations as to any part that needs replacement and any action needed to increase machine productivity and maintain accuracy.

·         Stage micrometers calibrated traceable to NIST to .00001” (10 microinches)

·         Master gage blocks calibrated traceable to NIST to .000002” (2 microinches)

·         All calibrations conform to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and meets ISO requirements.

·         Perform  NIST traceable calibration on X,Y table through the Digital Readout (DRO).

·         Perform NIST traceable calibration on screen overlay or grid and adjustment of Optical tube length to correct.

·         Perform NIST traceable calibration of Angular Measurement Options.

·         Adjust all calibrateable features as needed.

·         Seal all non-user adjustable hardware with enamel.

·         Furnish Certificate of Accuracy (Before/After data is available).

·         Inform customer of any out of spec. equipment.
