PAYMENT may be made by personal check, money order or by Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). Do not send credit card information with your order. For security reasons we recommend you forward credit card number, expiration date and billing address for the credit card in separate e-mails or via fax.
SHIPPING:
Items will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. All shipping
